Join Our Team as a Laboratory Technician – Pioneering Microbiology Excellence!

Are you passionate about microbiology and eager to make an impact in a dynamic laboratory environment? We’re seeking a dedicated Laboratory Technician to support innovative research and quality analysis initiatives. In this role, you’ll independently lead ex vivo and in vitro experiments, contribute to data-driven insights, and help optimize laboratory procedures—all while working alongside a collaborative and forward-thinking team.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • Proven hands-on experience (2+ years) in microbiology laboratory techniques including in vitro and ex vivo experiments

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and presentation with excellent technical report writing skills

  • Comfort working independently and collaboratively, with meticulous attention to detail and organizational prowess

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively document and share results

  • Proficiency with laboratory equipment such as autoclaves, biosafety cabinets, microscopes, pipets, spectrophotometers, and automated analyzers

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with microbiology assay validation and protocol development

  • Familiarity with laboratory support programs like saliva donation initiatives

  • Knowledge of laboratory safety standards and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biology, or a related field

  • 2 or more years of hands-on microbiology lab experience in a research or quality control setting

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to manage supply inventories and support daily lab operations

  • Willingness to participate in weekly lab meetings and clean-up activities

  • Comfort operating a range of laboratory instruments and equipment
