Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Kelly is committed to the health and well-being of all employees. We recognize that there may be times when issues at work or outside of work can be impactful to you. Therefore, Kelly is pleased to provide you with an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), which is administered by a carefully selected third-party organization.
The EAP can assist with life issues such as:
- Depression
- Stress Management
- Anxiety
- Parenting Concerns
- Child and Elder Care
- Relationship Problems
- Financial or Legal Concerns
The EAP provides 24x7 access to master’s-degreed counselors to help you balance your work and family life.
No problem is too large or too small to contact the EAP. Information is kept confidential in accordance with federal and state laws.
Voluntary Benefits Through EnrollVB
As a Kelly employee, you’re eligible to purchase voluntary benefits through EnrollVB for you and your loved ones if you work at least 20 hours a week.
You can directly purchase individual benefits with convenient online enrollment and payment options, including debit and credit cards. In addition, plans offered through EnrollVB don’t replace or change eligibility for any other benefit programs you may be participating in through Kelly.
Available benefits include telemedicine, limited medical, dental, vision, term life, whole life, accident insurance, critical illness, and short-term disability.

Kelly’s ACA Plan
A Kelly-sponsored group healthcare plan, called the ACA Plan, is offered to all eligible Kelly employees. The ACA Plan meets the minimum essential coverage, minimum value, and affordability requirements of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and will determine your eligibility based on the requirements of the ACA.
When you become eligible, a personalized communication will be mailed to your payroll address on file with Kelly. This communication will contain important information, like how to enroll, your enrollment deadline, where to obtain more information, and contact information. You are not required to enroll in the ACA Plan.
Healthcare plans not sponsored by Kelly are also available for purchase at www.healthcare.gov. For additional information, contact BENEFITS@kellyservices.com.

Kelly’s Life Advisor Wellness Program
The Life Advisor Employee Assistance program, offered by Ulliance, is available to you and your immediate family members, such as a spouse, live-together partner, and dependent children up to the age of 26. You have access to counselors 24/7 to help with the following:
Work/life balance solutions;
- short-term, solution-focused support for issues like stress, major life transitions, relationship issues, and overwhelming emotions;
- support and motivation to achieve life and work goals through telephonic sessions with a Life Advisor Coach; and
- the Life Enhancement Resource Center.

Kelly Benefits Payments
Kelly Services is pleased to offer employees a secured method to make electronic credit card payments for benefit premium payments.
If you received a letter from the Kelly Benefits Department regarding owing benefit premiums, please use the link below to pay the amount due. Follow the instructions:
- Click the “Make Benefits Payment” button below.
- On the page that opens up, enter your Peoplesoft ID and the amount to pay in the fields at the bottom.
- Then, click on the “Pay” button.
- You’ll be taken to our checkout page, where you’ll complete the payment.
Note: Your 10-digit Peoplesoft ID (i.e., PS ID 40xxxxxxxx) number is the number that appears on the letter you received.
Finally, you will receive a payment confirmation email to the email address given at checkout.

Commuter Benefit Plan
Make your commute start working for you! If you use mass transit or have parking expenses related to your place of employment, you can pay for these expenses with pre-tax dollars. This puts money back in your pocket.
You can set aside money up to the IRS Section 132 maximum per month. Deductions will be taken from the first four paychecks you receive each month and can be changed on a monthly basis. For example, in months where there are five weeks, you won’t have a deduction on the fifth week.
You’ll have access to your funds on a Beniversal Mastercard. Here’s how to take advantage of these benefits:
