**For this location, candidates MUST have industry experience in restoration or construction and be familiar with insurance claim work – we are looking for someone that can quickly move up to an Office Manager role**
Pay Rate: $25-30/HR
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM
Location: Brockton, MA
Duration: Permanent position with full benefits

What’s a typical day as an Administrative Assistant? You’ll be:
• Assisting office teammates and customers by handling office tasks.
• Providing polite and professional assistance via phone and email.
• Being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Performing fundamental daily administrative tasks to assist the office team.
• Coordinating crew and job scheduling.
• Performing detailed and accurate data entry.
• Assisting other departments, as needed.
Position Requirements:
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge utilizing Excel calculations, formulas, and pivot tables is a plus.
• QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online experience is a plus.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
