Job details

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide exceptional support and service to our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues by identifying the problem, offering solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.

  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.

  • Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, and processes to provide accurate and efficient support.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college or relevant certification is a plus.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Proficient in using computers, including basic software applications and CRM systems.

  • Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required.

Work Environment:
