Join Our Team as a Dynamic ER79 – Quality Manager
$80,000 – $100,000

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to lead our Quality Department, working directly with leadership, suppliers, and customers to uphold the highest standards of excellence. As the ER79 – Quality Manager, you will be at the forefront of our quality initiatives, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards, overseeing internal audits, managing supplier development, and resolving complex quality issues. Your leadership will directly influence our product integrity, customer satisfaction, and overall operational success.

Required Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems

  • Proven experience in managing quality teams and leading internal/external audits

  • Strong understanding of supplier development, qualification, and corrective/preventive actions

  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with internal teams, customers, and international suppliers

  • Ability to develop, implement, and refine quality procedures and processes

  • Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficiency in record-keeping, documentation, and data accuracy

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience working with international suppliers, particularly in Asia

  • Skills in calibration maintenance and quality equipment management

  • Knowledge of manufacturing and part application processes

  • Multilingual abilities to facilitate international communication

  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality management role, preferably within manufacturing or supply chain environments

  • Prior experience working with ISO standards and leading cross-functional teams

Other Requirements:

  • Availability for occasional travel, primarily to customer sites and supplier audits (rare)

  • Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or related quality methodologies is a plus

  • Must demonstrate a proactive approach, organized workflow, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic setting
