Join Our Team as a Laboratory Technician – Drive Innovation in Microbiology

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laboratory Technician to support cutting-edge research and routine microbiology assays. As a key player on our team, you will independently execute experiments, analyze data, and contribute to advancing scientific understanding. What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • BS degree in Microbiology, Biology, or a related field

  • Over 2 years of hands-on microbiology laboratory experience

  • Proven ability to conduct in vitro and ex vivo experiments with precision

  • Strong skills in data analysis, interpretation, and effective presentation

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including technical report writing

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Attention to detail, organizational excellence, and the ability to work independently or collaboratively

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with microbiology lab equipment such as autoclaves, biosafety cabinets, automated colony counters, spiral platers, pH meters, and spectrophotometers

  • Knowledge of laboratory procedures related to saliva donation programs

  • Experience preparing technical memos and contributing to process improvements

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Biology, or similar discipline

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant laboratory experience in microbiology research or testing

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to support and participate in lab operations including weekly meetings, clean-ups, and supply management

  • Willingness to support ongoing projects such as saliva donation programs

  • Commitment to maintaining safety and compliance standards in the lab
