Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Exceptional numerical accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Clear and effective communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
- Basic knowledge of financial reporting and compliance standards
- Familiarity with bookkeeping, ledger management, and reconciliation processes
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 0-2 years of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience
