As we expand our digital and software-based offerings, we are seeking a results-driven Software Product Manager to join our growing team.
Job Summary
As a Software Product Manager at Zamboni US, you will drive the vision, development, and execution of innovative software solutions supporting our ice resurfacing equipment and digital ecosystem. You will collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to deliver user-centric products that elevate our industry leadership and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and own the product roadmap for Zamboni’s digital and software solutions, aligning with overall business goals.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from customers, business stakeholders, and the market.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to define, build, and launch new features and products on time and within scope.
- Analyze product performance metrics, gather user feedback, and continuously identify areas for improvement.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, translating needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Work cross-functionally to align go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive product offerings, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of software product management experience, preferably in IoT, automotive, machinery, or industrial B2B environments.
- Proven track record of launching and optimizing software products and features.
- Strong technical aptitude, with ability to communicate effectively with engineering and design teams.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience in the ice rink, sports facility, or specialty equipment sector is a plus.
