Administrative Assistant

Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant supports daily office operations by providing administrative and organizational assistance. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to effectively manage multiple tasks in a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments.

  • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, invitations, and meeting logistics.

  • Prepare, organize, and process incoming and outgoing correspondence.

  • Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical filing systems.

  • Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks.

  • Respond to routine inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate personnel.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.

  • Support other office operations and administrative activities as needed.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with standard office software and email systems.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Previous administrative or office experience is preferred.
