  • I-9 Documents (Two physical forms of ID)

Fingerprinting

Please complete the Vendor Application Form prior to orientation so we can verify your fingerprinting requirements.

When completing the form, please select:
• Vendor: Kelly Education
• Role: Instructional Vendor (regardless of position applied for)

If you have fingerprinted before, you may not need to do so again; however, you may still be required to pay one of the following fees:

Fingerprinting Fees
• Full Fingerprinting: $82.50 (instructions attached)
• Renewal Fee: $47.77
• Resubmission Fee: $13.03
