  • 3+ years of experience in technical roles within CXL, memory systems, AI infrastructure, or near-data processing domains
  • Strong experience with server hardware validation and pre-production system bring-up
  • Hands-on experience debugging BIOS, OS boot issues, and PCIe-based systems
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and system-level thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional, high-pressure environments
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and customer-facing experience
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the U.S. and internationally (including South Korea)
  • Experience in field application engineering or technical customer support strongly preferred
