A rapidly growing healthcare technology company is seeking a Full Stack Engineer for a full-time, fully remote opportunity. The organization has built a modern healthcare platform and is expanding its engineering team to support continued product growth. Their technology stack centers around React, Node.js, TypeScript, and modern AI-powered development workflows.

This is an opportunity to join a profitable startup at an early stage while helping shape the future of the product and engineering organization. The company is looking for someone who enjoys owning features from initial concept through production deployment and wants to work in an environment where AI is embraced as a productivity tool, but strong software engineering fundamentals remain critical. Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • Strong experience with React in production environments
  • Strong backend development experience with Node.js
  • Advanced TypeScript skills
  • Experience building and supporting customer-facing web applications
  • Experience designing and delivering features across the full stack
  • Strong understanding of software architecture and engineering fundamentals
  • Experience collaborating within Agile or Scrum environments

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience integrating AI functionality into production applications
  • Exposure to LLMs, OpenAI APIs, RAG systems, or other generative AI technologies
  • Technical leadership or team lead experience
  • Healthcare, health-tech, or highly regulated industry experience
  • Startup experience
  • Cloud platform experience

What You Will Be Doing
Tech Breakdown

  • 50% Frontend Engineering (React, TypeScript)
  • 50% Backend Engineering (Node.js, APIs, Services)

Daily Responsibilities

  • 80% Hands-On Engineering
