We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Algorithm Engineer to design, develop, optimize, and implement algorithms that solve complex business and technical problems. The ideal candidate will work closely with software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and research teams to create efficient computational solutions that improve system performance, automate processes, and support data-driven decision-making.
As an Algorithm Engineer, you will analyze large datasets, develop mathematical models, and translate theoretical concepts into scalable production-ready systems. You will be responsible for evaluating algorithm efficiency, accuracy, reliability, and computational complexity while ensuring solutions meet performance and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement advanced algorithms for real-world applications.
- Analyze business and technical requirements to identify optimal computational solutions.
- Create mathematical models and data-processing techniques to improve product functionality.
- Optimize algorithms for performance, scalability, memory usage, and execution speed.
- Collaborate with software development teams to integrate algorithms into production systems.
- Research emerging technologies, machine learning methods, and algorithmic improvements.
- Perform testing, validation, and benchmarking to ensure algorithm accuracy and reliability.
- Develop prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and technical documentation.
- Debug and troubleshoot algorithm-related issues in production environments.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to software architecture discussions.
