We are looking for a Construction Scheduling & Data Management Specialist to support active construction projects through data management, project analysis, scheduling, and coordination. This is a highly data-intensive role where strong data management and analytical skills are the primary focus.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data and using project information to determine priorities, scheduling, and the appropriate approach for completing work. Candidates with strong data management experience are encouraged to apply; scheduling experience is a plus, while construction experience is nice to have but not required.

What You Will Be Doing
- Review active construction projects and evaluate criteria to determine which projects need to be pulled in and completed earlier.
- Remotely review jobs and use analytics to determine how work should be completed.
- Manage and analyze project information and data.
- Support project coordination and scheduling activities.
- Monitor project information including start dates, milestone dates, production logs, material costs, and labor expenditures.
- Coordinate with contractors and Regional Network Technicians.
- Monitor construction crew performance against established goals and objectives.
- Ensure project work meets applicable standards and regulations.
- Support the quality of the network product from contractor construction through handoff to Operations.
Daily Responsibilities
- Review active projects and project criteria.
- Analyze data to determine appropriate scheduling priorities.
- Update JT or Polaris entries, job documents, and maps for path verification and QC.
- Generate logs and reports on construction, projects, materials, and expenditures.
- Support Specialists and leadership with project coordination.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contractor interface and NGAN liaison with Regional Network Technicians.
- Monitor project and construction activity.
- Ensure new or upgraded power supplies are in place and operational prior to cut date.
- Review, resolve, and follow up on customer requests and complaints.
- Participate in safety-related activities as required.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
