Outstanding long-term contract opportunity! A well-known Financial Services Company is looking for an IAM Provisioning / Technology Operations Analyst in Charlotte, NC, or Chandler, AZ (Hybrid).
Contract Duration: 12-24 Months
Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of Technology Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with IAM Tools (SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping, Microsoft Entra ID)
- Experience with authentication standards (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, Open ID, SCIM).
- Experience with security compliance frameworks (ISO, NIST, SOX, PCI)
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and achieve deliverables
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Customer service focus with the ability to respond to requests in a timely manner
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Project) skills
What You Will Be Doing
- Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Technology Operations and contribute to large-scale planning related to Technology Operations deliverables.
- Review and analyze moderately complex Technology Operations challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Technology Operations deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with client personnel in Technology Operations.
