Title: Product Marketing Manager 

Motion is seeking a contract Product Marketing Manager to support the Money portfolio for a leading fintech and tax preparation client.

As a member of the Brand, Creative, and Product Marketing team, you will help lead the go-to-market (GTM) plan, manage claims/guarantees, and execute major acquisition offers.

The ideal candidate possesses a mix of strategic vision, communication skills, project management, and a collaborative mindset, with experience launching products in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • GTM Strategy: Drive the go-to-market plan for the TT Money portfolio.
  • Marketing Toolkit: Develop messaging hierarchies, product positioning, and claims.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with legal, product, and growth strategy teams to manage tax claims and guarantees.
  • Project Management: Develop and adjust timelines for all projects while coordinating major team Initiatives and weekly GTM leadership reviews.
  • Creative Support: Partner with design on creative development and ensure all work meets brand and Legal guidelines.
  • Strategic Support: Assist in executing Money portfolio acquisition offers and provide support across the full Consumer Ecosystem portfolio.

Qualifications & Skills Education:
BA/BS degree required; MBA is considered valuable.
Experience:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience; product marketing or GTM experience is preferred.
  • Experience in the technology sector is a plus.
  • Organization: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage timelines across multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interface with senior leaders.
  • Mindset: An “always learning” attitude with the energy to drive results in a fast-paced environment and improve process efficiency.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to adapt to new situations and solve problems on the fly.
