An established real estate development and property management company is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join their internal technology team. In this role, you will provide hands-on technical support to employees across corporate offices and property management sites, ensuring that systems, devices, and applications remain reliable and secure for daily operations.

As the primary point of contact for internal technical issues, you will troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and user access problems while delivering excellent customer service to employees at all levels of the organization. You will play a key role in maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure and supporting the technology that powers property management systems, leasing platforms, and business operations.

This role involves a mix of end-user support, workstation management, system administration assistance, and coordination with third-party vendors. The ideal candidate is proactive, technically curious, and comfortable supporting both office staff and field-based employees in a fast-paced real estate environment.

You will work closely with IT leadership, property management teams, accounting, and operations staff to ensure technical issues are resolved quickly and efficiently while contributing to ongoing technology improvements across the organization.

This role will be on-site in Marlton, NJ.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or desktop support roles

Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows operating systems and common business applications

Experience supporting laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices

Experience managing and documenting support requests within a ticketing system

Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint

Basic understanding of networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi connectivity

Experience with Active Directory user management including account provisioning and password resets

Strong customer service skills with the ability to support non-technical users

Ability to prioritize multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Reliable attendance and ability to support an on-site workforce

Desired Skills & Experience

Experience supporting property management or real estate platforms such as Yardi, AppFolio, or MRI Software

Familiarity with endpoint management tools such as Intune or other device management platforms

Basic knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and endpoint security tools

Experience supporting conference room technology and office AV systems

Understanding of IT asset tracking and lifecycle management

Experience coordinating with external IT vendors and service providers

What You Will Be Doing

Providing day-to-day IT support for corporate staff and property management teams

Troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues for end users

Setting up and deploying laptops, desktops, and mobile devices for new employees

Managing user accounts, permissions, and access requests within Active Directory and Microsoft 365

Installing and configuring standard business applications

Supporting printers, scanners, and office peripherals

Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees

Documenting all support activities and resolutions within the ticketing system

Escalating complex issues to senior IT staff or external vendors when needed

Supporting office technology including conference rooms, Wi-Fi, and collaboration tools

Maintaining accurate inventory records for IT equipment and assets

Assisting with system upgrades, patching, and IT infrastructure projects

5% Documenting solutions, maintaining asset inventory, and assisting with IT projects
