Outstanding long-term contract opportunity! A well-known Financial Services Company is looking for a Product Analyst – AI Delivery in NYC (Hybrid role)

Duration: 6 months, intention to convert

Looking for a Product Analyst or Business Analyst to support the build-out of our banker insights AI platform in the Corporate & Investment Bank (CIB). This role sits within the AI Delivery team, which leads execution of AI and GenAI initiatives across the organization. The team works closely with technology partners to design and deliver custom AI solutions and also manages delivery of third-party platforms when vendor products are part of the solution.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have experience in one or more of the following areas:

-Product delivery, business analysis, or project management.

-Work involving AI, automation, or workflow-heavy technology solutions.

-Delivering technology or data-driven products within a structured or regulated environment.

-Requirements writing, process documentation, and stakeholder coordination.

-Managing delivery of both internal builds and third-party technology solutions.

– Experience contributing to product teams or supporting automation-focused initiatives is highly beneficial.

 

The AI Delivery team focuses on three primary areas:

1. Document Lifecycle

-Tools related to document extraction, document processing, and document generation.

2. Agency & Workflow

-Workflow tools, automation capabilities, and chatbot solutions.

3. Client Insights

-Solutions developed in partnership with external vendors to support client-facing and banker-facing insights for CIB.

Role Responsibilities:

Product & Requirements

-Gather and translate business needs into clear product requirements.

-Facilitate user story workshops and ensure requirements are documented and understood.

-Create wireframes and UI/UX mockups to support design discussions.

-Support product documentation and backlog refinement.

 

Delivery & Execution

-Partner with technology teams on custom solution builds.

-Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist with test planning and execution.

-Track delivery timelines, milestones, and risks.

-Support rollout planning and stakeholder communication.

 

Vendor / Third-Party Management

-Manage delivery activities for vendor-supported solutions.

-Ensure vendors meet requirements and delivery expectations.

-Support onboarding, transition, and operational readiness when external solutions are involved.

-Oversee timelines and project management activities associated with vendor workstreams.
