In this role, you can join a dynamic robotics team and be a key contributor in revolutionizing automotive systems with sophisticated automated solutions at the intersection of mechatronics, system integration, and field deployment. The position offers hands-on involvement in prototyping, deployment, and field testing, giving you ownership of crucial system integration and performance. This role is onsite just north of Boston, MA.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Extensive hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems in real-world environments
  • Advanced abilities in mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, and root cause analysis
  • Proficiency with CAD tools for 3D modeling and technical documentation (Onshape, SolidWorks)
  • Experience operating within a Linux environment
  • Proven hands-on experience with automative tire servicing and wheel balancing equipment

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM-related field
  • Background in manufacturing, automation, or work with hardware-centric startups
  • Military or prior service experience involving mechanical or vehicle systems
  • Ability to create testing scripts, thorough documentation, and train technical staff
  • Familiarity with integrating and troubleshooting motion systems, sensors, and robotic subsystems
