This leader will oversee multiple engineering teams focused on embedded systems and serve as a trusted advisor to clients on high-impact, mission-critical programs. The environment is highly collaborative, customer focused, and driven by innovation across medical devices, consumer, and commercial products. This role is hybrid, and fulltime position. • 12+ years of experience
• Senior level management experience across embedded and software teams
• Background in software development
• Embedded systems leadership
• Experience delivering products in regulated industries
• Previous leadership in engineering organizations
• Customer facing/communication skills
