A growing U.S.-based consulting organization is seeking a Mid Level Full Stack .NET Engineer for a hybrid contract?to?hire role based in their Tempe or Tucson, AZ locations. This position supports the development of client?facing software solutions across a variety of industries. With backing from a private equity partner, the company offers a stable yet fast?paced environment where engineers are exposed to diverse projects, evolving technical challenges, and long?term growth opportunities.
This role is ideal for a developer who enjoys working across the full stack and wants to expand their influence on technical direction. You will collaborate with fellow engineers on application architecture, contribute to design discussions, and deliver production?ready code through modern development and deployment practices. The position offers a clear path toward technical leadership for those who are already mentoring others or looking to step into a lead role while remaining hands?on.

Required Skills and Experience
- Five or more years of experience with C#, .NET, and SQL Server
- Recent hands-on experience with JavaScript and modern frameworks such as React or Angular
- Experience developing and deploying applications in Microsoft Azure
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies
- Comfortable working in collaborative, cross?functional engineering teams
