A large public-sector legal institution is seeking a Senior .NET Software Developer for a hybrid contract role located in Downtown Phoenix, AZ. This position supports the design, development, and modernization of enterprise applications within a complex judicial environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience with Microsoft technologies, modern web frameworks, and database-driven systems, while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

Required Skills and Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET / .NET Core
- Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs
- Proficiency with SQL Server, including query optimization
- Experience with Angular or similar modern JavaScript frameworks
- Familiarity with object-oriented design, design patterns, and best practices
- Experience working in multi-tier, enterprise environments
- Ability to collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Desired Skills and Experience
- CRM system development or customization experience
- Experience modernizing or supporting legacy applications
- Familiarity with SSRS and Power BI reporting
- Experience with Docker containers and deployment pipelines
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD workflows
- Prior experience in public-sector or large-scale organizations
