Job title: Technical Product Manager (AI)
Location: New York City (Hybrid, 3-4days/week in office – Flatiron area)
Our client is a high-growth fintech startup based in NYC (Flatiron) developing a specialized digital banking platform for underserved international communities. Currently processing over $1B+ in annual transaction volume with a 20% month-over-month increase in business, this full-time opportunity leverages cutting-edge agentic AI and LLM architectures to transition users into the digital banking economy.
This is a rare chance to join a lean, elite product team led by founding members of fintech pioneers like Brex. The #1 feature of this role is the high-leverage “builder” autonomy; you aren’t just managing a roadmap, you are the architect transforming human-heavy operations into an intelligent, AI-augmented ecosystem. They are looking for a technical generalist with a founder mentality who thrives in the ambiguity of a Series A environment and wants to see their work directly impact the upward mobility of millions of families. You will gain unparalleled experience in deploying proactive AI agents at scale while working alongside top-tier talent in a high-growth, mission-driven culture.
Required Skills & Experience
-
5–8+ years of experience in Product Management specifically within a fast-growing startup environment.
-
Direct, hands-on experience building and shipping agentic AI workflows, LLM architectures, or internal AI automation tools.
-
Proven ability to automate complex workflows using APIs, low-code/no-code platforms, or agentic frameworks.
-
Nice to have: Technical proficiency in SQL and data modeling (Snowflake, DBT, or similar), with the ability to prototype in Python or JavaScript.
-
Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Statistics, or related).
Desired Skills & Experience
-
Prior experience in Fintech, payments, or highly regulated environments.
-
B2C product experience and an interest in serving underserved communities.
-
Spanish-speaking proficiency.
-
Familiarity with compliance, KYC, or customer verification workflows.
