We are seeking a senior Project / Program Manager to lead complex technology initiatives supporting M&A, divestitures and large-scale transformation work. This role requires strong delivery leadership across application and infrastructure teams in a regulated financial services environment.
Locations: Charlotte, NC; Saint Louis, MO; Des Moines, IA with Hybrid schedule 3 days onsite
Contract Duration: 12+ Months
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of project/program management and enterprise technology delivery experience
- Background leading application and/or infrastructure initiatives in complex environments
- Experience with large transformation programs, including mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures
- Financial services or banking experience with strong stakeholder and executive communication skills
- Strong governance, risk, dependency, and delivery management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Consulting, PMO, or enterprise transformation experience
- Exposure to information security, separation, or transition service activities
- PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or similar certification preferred
