Join a Dallas/Plano, TX–based team as a Contract Senior UX Designer supporting digital product initiatives with a focus on improving complex user workflows. This is a temporary 18-week contract role, working remotely with a preference for candidates local to the Dallas/Plano area. The role centers on end-to-end UX and UI design using tools like Figma.
This role is a strong fit for a senior designer who enjoys hands-on ownership across the full design process, from early concepts through final delivery. You will partner closely with product and engineering teams to create intuitive, polished experiences while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing design group. The team values strong design fundamentals, clear communication, and continuous improvement, offering a solid opportunity to make an immediate impact on meaningful product work.
Contract Duration: 4 – 5 Months
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of UX or product design experience
- Strong experience designing end-to-end user experiences across complex workflows
- Portfolio demonstrating UI and UX work (required for consideration)
- Expertise with Figma or similar design tools
- Experience working with product and engineering teams
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
Desired Skills & Experience
- Background in enterprise, financial, or B2B products
- Experience with user research and usability testing tools
- Familiarity with design systems and scalable UI patterns
- Exposure to AI-supported design or research tools
- Ability to work in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
