Job Title: CRM Manager
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
This premier global financial services firm specializes in investment banking and independent advisory services, delivering strategic counsel to corporate clients, institutional investors, and private capital teams worldwide. The Global Technology organization provides a fast-paced, collaborative environment where technical professionals can drive immediate, highly visible business impact.
The Global Technology team is seeking an experienced CRM Manager to serve as the strategic business-facing owner of the firm’s DealCloud ecosystem. Reporting directly to technology leadership, this individual will partner closely with Private Capital Advisory teams, internal data engineers, and executive stakeholders to drive platform optimization, improve front-office workflows, and align the CRM roadmap with critical business development objectives. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between financial business processes and technical execution, taking full accountability for system enhancements, vendor relationships, and enterprise-wide platform utilization.
Required Skills & Experience

4-6+ years of experience in CRM management, platform administration, or business systems analysis within financial services, investment banking, or private equity.

Deep, hands-on expertise with the DealCloud platform, including advanced configurations, workflows, dashboards, reporting, permissions, and data management.

Strong understanding of institutional financial workflows, front-office relationship tracking, and deal lifecycle management.

Proven track record of leading CRM enhancement projects, implementations, or platform transformation initiatives.

Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities to bridge business and technology teams effectively.
Desired Skills & Experience

Prior experience supporting DealCloud specifically within alternative investment platforms or asset management firms.

Understanding of Celeste AI functionality, implementation strategies, and financial use cases.

Experience managing formal CRM governance frameworks and enterprise data quality initiatives.

Familiarity with automation tools, workflow orchestration, and CRM integration architecture.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
