Job details
A consulting company is looking to bring on Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead a team of 5 engineers. You’ll work in a .NET environment, handling agile and scrum master responsibilities on a long-term engagement for an ongoing project. This isn’t a textbook agile environment – they operate using ServiceNow and rely on someone to bring structure, organization, and accountability to the team. In your day to day, you’ll run standups, manage ticket flow, and ensure work is progressing, while making sure the team is aligned. Ideal candidates have Scrum or PM experience, and have worked with software engineering teams. Huge plus if you were a hands on developer at some point.
This role is remote hybrid, two days in office in downtown Phoenix on Tuesday and Wednesday.
This is a 2 year contract, with opportunity to extend or convert
Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ year of experience as a scrum master, project manager, and/or software developer
- Experience ServiceNow
- Experience with Google Workspace
- Basic Agile / Scrum practices (formal or informal)
