An established Arizona based services company is hiring two Oracle Database Engineer to support and enhance a large, mission-critical Oracle environment used across the business. This role will serve as a hands-on technical contributor responsible for maintaining existing Oracle-based applications while also driving new development initiatives. The environment supports internal teams including finance, operations, call center, inventory, and field services, making this a highly visible and impactful position.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders and IT leadership to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of Oracle systems. There is a strong mix of day-to-day support, system enhancements, and project-based work, including an upcoming Oracle Forms upgrade. The team is hiring two engineers and is flexible on seniority, with opportunities for mid-level and senior candidates depending on experience.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience working with Oracle databases (10g or later)
  • Hands-on development experience with PL/SQ
  • Experience supporting Oracle-based business applications
  • Solid SQL skills for reporting and data analysis
  • Experience with Oracle performance tuning and troubleshooting
  • Ability to work directly with internal business user
  • Senior-level QA experience testing Mainframe software

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Oracle Forms Development Experience
  • Oracle APEX Development Experience
  • Experience participating in system upgrades or modernization projects
  • Background supporting mission-critical or high availability systems
