Contract Duration: 6+ Months 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of work experience in Technology Program and/or Project management with a track record of driving results on large scale programs
  • Ability to learn quickly, work in a fast-paced environment, take initiative and take on various assignments as needs arise.
  • Success facilitating global and cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, and analytically, and to creatively problem solve
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with proven ability to build relationships quickly, influence colleagues and clients, and increase collaboration among the program participants. Able to demonstrate a proactive and ‘no surprises’ approach in communicating issues/requests
  • Well-developed listening skills and a strong ability to engage at the senior management level
  • Willing to learn and adopt new tools, new processes
  • Proficient in key software tools such as MS Office tools, Jira, SharePoint
  • Financial Services/Banking experience
  • Knowledge of Treasury functions highly desirable
  • Prior hands-on development experience desirable

What You Will Be Doing

  • Partner closely with Finance, Technology development teams, and other Stakeholders, to oversee assigned programs, drive execution plans, and ensure successful completion of critical deliverables.
  • Know company policies, procedures, and tools; ensure programs stay compliant with policy and procedures; ensure data is updated correctly and timely in required tools.
  • Support TLFT by monitoring specified exceptions and project tracking concerns and assisting project teams in resolving them.
  • Drive engagement and accountability of project participants. Ensure the right people provide inputs and approvals at the right times.
  • Ensuring the full scope of stakeholders are involved in scope definition; defining and agreeing the program timetable across interdependent groups; identifying and agreeing key milestones; working with internal audit and compliance to confirm a common understanding of the artifacts and deliverables needed to support related testing and validation activities.
  • For assigned programs, track status, maintain the plan, generate program metrics and status reports, and conduct status meetings on required cycles. Ensures stakeholders are informed with the appropriate level of detail.
  • Proactively identify and document risks and issues, work with team members to define and execute risk mitigations and issue resolutions, and ensure appropriate and timely escalations.
  • Actively seek to identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the program management and execution process, and work with partners to implement those ideas.
