Job details
Grow your career with an innovative global bank in Tampa, FL as a SQL Developer. Contract role with strong possibility of extension. Will require working a hybrid schedule 3 days onsite per week.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1–2 years of experience as a SQL Developer
- Strong SQL skills
- Python programming skills
- Experience in programming/debugging for business applications
- Working knowledge of programming languages
- Understanding of industry practices and standards
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience working with large datasets
- Exposure data visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI, etc. (nice to have)
- Knowledge of AI/ML techniques (predictive modeling, NLP, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in financial services industry (preferred)
What You Will Be Doing
- Design and maintain Oracle PL/SQL queries and ETL processes
- Use Python scripting for data analysis, automation, and reporting
- Perform deep data analysis to identify trends and insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Maintain data quality standards and data integrity
- Stay current on data tools, techniques, and AI/ML advancements
