Join a fast-growing organization in the financial services industry, focused on building modern, scalable data platforms using AWS, Kafka, and AI-driven architectures. This role centers on leading enterprise data transformation into next-generation, AI-enabled ecosystems that support advanced analytics, risk modeling, and real-time decision-making.

As part of a newly formed, greenfield initiative, you’ll help shape architecture and standards from the ground up in a build-focused environment. This is a senior, hands-on role focused on technical leadership and advisory, driving strategy, influencing direction, and mentoring teams while remaining deeply involved in design and delivery, without direct people management responsibilities.

Required Skills & Experience
· 10+ years in data architecture/data engineering
· Strong AWS data platform expertise
· Experience with data modeling, frameworks, and architecture design
· Real-time & batch data pipelines (Kafka preferred)
· Data governance and quality implementation
· TOGAF or similar certification
Desired Skills & Experience
· AI data architectures (RAG, vector DBs, MCP)
· Streaming/event-driven systems
· CI/CD & automation
· Leadership and team mentorship
