Job details

We are partnered with a rapidly growing logistics and supply chain technology company that is building advanced, AI-driven systems to modernize and optimize complex operational workflows. Their platform leverages cutting-edge machine learning, automation, and software engineering to drive intelligent decision-making across logistics, warehousing, and transportation operations. The engineering team operates in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where developers have strong ownership and the opportunity to build impactful, AI-powered products that directly influence business performance.

We are specifically seeking Machine Learning Engineers who have strong experience working within Node.js based environments and can effectively integrate ML models into production-grade applications.

This role is focused on designing and scaling next-generation applications powered by machine learning and intelligent systems to support mission-critical supply chain operations. You will work across the full technology stack, developing modern web applications while integrating AI/ML models, building data-driven services, and designing scalable backend systems that enable predictive and automated logistics solutions.

I AM NOT ABLE TO ENGAGE ON A C2C BASIS WITH OTHER COMPANIES, AND CANDIDATES MUST BE A GREEN CARD HOLDER OR US CITIZEN. NO SPONSORSHIP IS AVAILABLE

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable full stack applications using Node.js and React, with a strong emphasis on AI/ML integration (30%)
  • Develop, deploy, and integrate machine learning models and AI-driven features into both internal platforms and customer-facing products (30%)
  • Build backend APIs, data pipelines, and microservices that support real-time, data-driven logistics workflows (15%)
  • Collaborate on the design and optimization of scalable systems, model performance, and cloud-based AI infrastructure (10%)
  • Integrate third-party data sources, ML services, and internal systems to enhance predictive capabilities (10%)
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and contribute to best practices around AI adoption and system design (5%)

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong foundation in full stack development
  • Strong experience with Node.js and React in production environments
  • Hands-on experience building, deploying, or integrating machine learning models or AI-driven applications
  • Experience integrating machine learning models into production systems within Node.js or JavaScript-based backend architectures
  • Solid understanding of data-driven systems, API development, and scalable architecture
  • Experience working with large datasets, data pipelines, or real-time data processing systems
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), preferably in the context of ML/AI workloads
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or other data-intensive industries is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across engineering, product, and business teams

The Offer

  • Competitive base salary plus bonus and/or equity opportunities
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits
  • Opportunity to build AI-powered systems that transform logistics and supply chain operations
  • Collaborative engineering environment with strong ownership and growth opportunities
  • Hybrid or onsite work environment depending on location and team needs
