In this role, you will serve as both a hands-on technical leader and trusted advisor, partnering directly with clients to design and build modern trading platforms while leading high-performing engineering teams. You will own technical architecture, mentor developers, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, production-ready applications using modern cloud technologies and front-end frameworks. Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of hands-on software development experience using Python or C#
• 5+ years of experience building modern applications with React and front-end state management frameworks
• Extensive experience designing and architecting cloud solutions within AWS environments
• Strong experience with Terraform, Docker, and modern infrastructure-as-code practices
• Deep understanding of SQL databases and scalable data persistence strategies
• Experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade software into production environments
• Proven success working within large, complex organizations such as Tier-1 Investment Banks or Global Asset Managers
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading systems, and financial products

• Partner directly with clients to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions
• Architect scalable, cloud-native applications using modern development practices
• Serve as a hands-on engineer while providing technical leadership across project teams
• Manage engineering deliverables and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders
• Design, document, and oversee technical implementation strategies for production deployments
• Mentor engineers and establish best practices across development teams
• Build strong client relationships while serving as a trusted technical advisor
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify future opportunities and expand strategic partnerships
