We are partnered with a rapidly expanding logistics and supply chain technology company that is utilizing AI-driven innovations to enhance and optimize complex operational systems. Their platform combines modern software engineering, automation, and artificial intelligence to improve efficiency across logistics, warehousing, and transportation networks. The engineering team works in a dynamic, collaborative environment where developers take ownership of their work and contribute directly to solutions that drive meaningful business impact.

This role is centered on building and scaling modern full stack applications that support critical supply chain operations. You will work across the full technology stack, creating engaging web applications, embedding AI-powered capabilities, and developing scalable backend services that enable smarter, data-driven logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable full stack applications using Node.js and React (40%)
  • Implement and integrate AI-powered features into both internal tools and customer-facing applications (20%)
  • Design and build backend APIs and microservices to support supply chain and logistics workflows (15%)
  • Contribute to system architecture, optimizing performance, scalability, and cloud-based infrastructure (10%)
  • Integrate external services, internal systems, and third-party data sources (10%)
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and provide guidance on engineering best practices (5%)

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong emphasis on full stack development
  • Advanced proficiency with Node.js and React in real-world, production environments
  • Hands-on experience developing or integrating AI and machine learning-driven features
  • Solid understanding of API design, distributed systems, and scalable application architecture
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehousing, or similar data-driven industries
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern DevOps principles and tools
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to perform in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and business teams
