Sales Operations Analyst | AI + EdTech (Remote US)

High-growth AI/EdTech company is hiring a Sales Operations Analyst to support the next phase of revenue scale. The organization is building AI-driven tools that transform how students learn to read through real-time comprehension tracking and personalized tutoring at scale.

Responsibilities:
• Own Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and CRM/data integrity
• Support the full quote-to-close process (quotes, approvals, deal accuracy)
• Identify manual workflows and implement AI-driven automation to improve efficiency
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Support to streamline operations
• Support forecasting, reporting, and RevOps infrastructure as the business scales

Requirements:
• 2+ years in Sales Ops, RevOps, or Business Operations
• Hands-on experience implementing AI tools and automation in workflows (required)
• Strong Salesforce CRM experience (CPQ / Revenue Cloud a plus)
• Experience with quoting systems and quote-to-close processes
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of improving operational efficiency
• Background in SaaS, B2B, or high-growth tech environments
