Exciting Administrative Assistant opportunity with our healthcare Client in Los Angeles near the Museum of Art on Venice Blvd.
Contract Duration: 3 months – could extend
Required Skills & Experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams required. experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems such as EPIC preferred. familiarity with scheduling systems, document management, and basic reporting tools strongly preferred.

What You Will Be Doing
Support daily administrative operations across three clinic locations, including coordinating daily and monthly schedules for managers, staff, and physicians.
Manage attendance logs and track staffing schedules to support operational needs. order and maintain office and clinical supplies. open and track maintenance/work service tickets as needed. coordinate meetings and assist with organizing team events (e.g., staff meetings, lunch meetings).
Handle high-volume email and phone communication, ensuring timely follow-up and professional support. collaborate with leadership and staff to maintain smooth operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
