A rapidly growing consulting firm based in Arizona is seeking a Full Stack .NET Engineer for a contract-to-hire opportunity. This role is hybrid in either Tempe or Tucson and focuses on building modern applications using .NET, Angular, and Azure cloud technologies.
This opportunity is ideal for engineers who enjoy working on new product development rather than maintaining legacy systems. The organization is experiencing significant growth due to new enterprise partnerships, resulting in a steady pipeline of greenfield projects. Engineers will gain exposure to a wide range of application types while working with modern tools and frameworks in a collaborative environment.
Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience with .NET / C# backend development
  • Recent hands-on experience with Angular
  • Experience working with relational databases
  • Strong SQL Server skills, including stored procedures
  • Experience working in Azure cloud environments
  • Ability to work across the full stack in a hands-on capacity

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience with modern frameworks and latest versions of Angular/.NET
  • Background in consulting or client-facing environments
  • Experience building scalable, greenfield applications
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and service-based architecture
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

What You Will Be Doing

  • Designing and developing full stack applications from scratch
  • Building modern user interfaces using Angular
  • Developing backend services and APIs with .NET
  • Working with SQL Server for data management and optimization
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams on architecture and delivery
