Contract Duration: 12+ Months

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding of AI, Gen-AI, Agentic AI, multi-agent systems, and orchestration platforms, with ability to translate business needs to technical requirements.
  • Experience in leading and collaborating with Engineering teams to design and implement
  • AI, Agentic AI workflows using LangChain/LangGraph, Google Agent Space, MS CoPilot Studio, etc.,
  • Experience deploying AI/ML solutions in regulated environments.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and enterprise software development.
  • Familiarity with Gen AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, BloombergGPT).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Act as a liaison between our lines of business and technology partners by facilitating the
  • delivery of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated solutions
  • Support the business in the alignment of their Intelligent Automation (IA) needs/usage with
  • their technology and business strategies
  • Support the development of the automation analysis and design methodology, including
  • the related policies, procedures, tools and artifacts, to ensure a “rapid” implementation
  • process that aligns with established release cycles and related enterprise standards
  • Work directly with subject matter experts within the lines of business to fully comprehend
  • business processes and translate those processes into clear and concise user stories,
  • create and groom the backlog for automation delivery and deployment
  • Support automation testing, as well as facilitate user acceptance testing
  • Conduct product demos, provide product acceptance
  • Proactively notify stakeholders of risks, bottlenecks, problems, issues, and concerns
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s System Development Lifecycle and Information
  • Security requirements
  • Identify and communicate risks and impacts and propose risk mitigation options,
  • considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business
  • environment
  • Provide in-depth and sophisticated analysis applying interpretive thinking and design
  • thinking to define problems, develop innovative solutions and influence strategic functional decisions
  • Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as
  • Appropriate
  • Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders
  • to drive strategic initiatives
  • Respond and collaborate with developers regarding the requirements and the client needs
  • Make decisions product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
