Our client, a well-known pharmaceutical manufacturer, is actively hiring an Internal Communications Manager to join their team in Boston, MA! This role will be hybrid and require 3x a week onsite.

Contract Duration: 6 months

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the rollout of their new culture framework. They are looking for someone to develop and execute the internal communications plan that supports each phase of the rollout while also collaborating with business leaders.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of internal or corporate communications experience, ideally in life sciences, technology, or professional services
  • Proficient with rewards and recognition platforms to support employee engagement programs
  • Change management communications experience
  • Prior experience working on global projects

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Create clear and engaging content across a variety of formats and channels, including intranet (SharePoint), email, video scripts, digital signage, and leadership messaging
  • Support executive communications related to culture initiatives, including talking points, Q&As, and town hall content
  • Leverage rewards and recognition platforms to support culture activation
