A growing Financial organization based in Malvern, PA is looking to hire a Mid-Level Microsoft Engineer to join its IT infrastructure team. This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity requiring three days onsite each week. You’ll support and enhance the Microsoft 365 environment, working with technologies including Exchange Online, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, SharePoint Online, Teams, and the broader Microsoft Workspace suite to ensure a secure and reliable end-user experience.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
  • Experience with Exchange Online, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and Microsoft Teams
  • Knowledge of SharePoint Online administration
  • Experience with user lifecycle management and Microsoft licensing
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Purview
  • Experience with hybrid Active Directory environments
  • Microsoft certifications are a plus (MS-102, AZ-104, etc.)
