Contract Duration: 12+ Months
Will be supporting lending capabilities within the wholesale operations. They will be responsible for leading project teams and managing all activities in the project life-cycle associated with Lending Operations projects.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of project or product delivery
- Ability to facilitate meetings, track timelines and manage issues.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, JIRA, and SharePoint
- Experience working in Agile environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to quickly re-prioritize work in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
- Work with minimal direction and take initiative in identifying opportunities, areas for improvement, decision making and problem solving
- Work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Desired Experience
- Operations experience
- LoanIQ and/or Lending knowledge

- Facilitate project meetings
- Manage enhancements and determine how they may affect Operations
- Ensure procedure updates, demos, training, and communications are completed for each enhancement impacting Operations
- Troubleshooting issues and collaborating with team members to find solutions
- Liaison with leadership as needed
