Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of full stack development experience
- Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL
- Experience building AI-powered tools, automation systems, or integrations
- Ability to work independently and solve complex technical challenges
- Experience with system debugging and performance optimization
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience working with AI agents, LLMs, or chatbot systems
- Background in customer support systems, SRE, or observability tooling
- Exposure to modern AI coding assistants or developer productivity tools
- Strong product sense and attention to user experience
- Experience in fast-paced or startup environments
