Required Skills & Experience
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, brand management, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing projects.
- Demonstrated strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize, plan, and execute multiple projects effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in developing and delivering engaging presentations to senior stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience in navigating regulatory environments and managing compliance requirements within advertising is a plus (not mandatory).
Desired Skills
- MBA preferred.
What You Will Be Doing
- Creative Review and Strategy: Conduct in-depth creative reviews, providing strategic feedback and ensuring creative assets align with campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and target audience insights.
- Workstream Ownership: Takes initiative and accountability for project success from conception to completion, driving outcomes and proactively resolving challenges.
- Project Management Leadership: Lead and manage complex advertising projects, defining scope, setting timelines, and ensuring successful execution and delivery.
- Agency and Partner Relationship Management: Act as a primary liaison with external advertising agencies and key external and internal business partners, fostering strong relationships and ensuring optimal collaboration and performance.
- Regulatory Review Oversight: Oversee the regulatory and compliance review process for all advertising materials, proactively identifying potential issues and ensuring adherence to legal and internal standards.
- Executive Level Presentation Development: Prepare and deliver high-impact executive-level presentations, articulating campaign strategies, performance, and key insights to senior leadership.
