  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and report business development activities using Salesforce.com or a comparable CRM platform.

  • Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers across multiple industry sectors.

  • Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach through contract execution and ongoing account management.

  • Identify emerging market opportunities and develop strategies to increase regional market share.

Marketing and Sales Activities:

  • Achieve or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual regional sales targets.

  • Manage and evaluate manufacturer representatives and channel partners within the assigned territory, providing direction, support, and performance feedback.

  • Assist in developing and executing regional sales and marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to continuously improve sales processes, market positioning, and customer engagement strategies.

  • Develop compelling customer proposals that communicate technical capabilities, product value, and financial benefits, collaborating with internal technical teams when needed.

  • Oversee Manufacturer Representatives and work closely with Distributors. Prior experience managing both channels is required.

  • Represent customer interests internally to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term account retention.

  • Analyze sales performance, market conditions, and customer requirements to identify opportunities for continued growth.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Provide program management support for key accounts, strategic customers, and channel partner initiatives as needed.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations for customers, industry conferences, trade shows, and business development meetings.

  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, marketing, and other internal departments to support customer requirements and successful sales execution.

  • Maintain awareness of competitive products, industry developments, and emerging technologies within the EV/AV charging market.

  • Travel throughout the assigned territory as business needs require (minimum 45% travel).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or a related commercial role.

  • Experience selling technical products or engineered solutions, preferably within a low-volume, highly engineered manufacturing environment.

  • Strong technical aptitude with an understanding of manufacturing processes and complex product offerings.

  • Demonstrated success developing new business, managing strategic accounts, and consistently achieving revenue goals.

  • Experience working with Distributors and managing Manufacturer Representatives is required.

  • Strong business judgment, strategic planning capabilities, and analytical problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to identify customer needs, evaluate market opportunities, and develop creative sales strategies.

  • Proven ability to build productive relationships with customers, business partners, and internal teams.

  • Highly motivated, results-driven professional with strong initiative, energy, and a sense of accountability.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
