Contract Duration: 12+ Months
Required Skills & Experience ~ Bachelor’s degree in any field required; technology or computer science background preferred.
~ 7+ years of relevant experience with a combination of the following skills, tools, and functional areas.
– Strong understanding of Data Platforms and Cloud migrations
– Advanced Excel with ability to run complex queries and pivots for Executive reporting
– Power BI or Tableau (preferred)
– Jira and Agile reporting, JIRA automations
– Expert in SharePoint, Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools
– Data visualization and dashboard creation using JIRA
– Ability to manage ambiguity and drive execution
– Cross-functional coordination
– Proven use of AI tools in managing program reporting, managing AI -projects and SDLC 
– Experience utilizing GenAI tools, including Microsoft Copilot and similar AI-powered productivity solutions.
What You Will Be Doing

  • This role supports the key enterprise initiative of the Data Platforms Modernization program, leading the transformation of enterprise data platforms, application migration, and cloud modernization efforts. The position combines Scrum Master and Project/Program Management responsibilities with strong Technical Delivery Leadership experience, ensuring successful execution of data platform and cloud migration initiatives while aligning outcomes with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technology strategy.

    Program Delivery & Execution:
    ~ Lead delivery of platform modernization initiatives across multiple product domains.
    ~ Manage complex dependencies involving application migrations, data center exits, cloud adoption, and platform decommissioning.
    ~ Ensure milestones, deliverables, budgets, and timelines are achieved through disciplined program governance. 

    Stakeholder Management:
    ~Partner with Line of Business CIOs, engineering leaders, product managers, risk, compliance, finance, and audit stakeholders.
    ~ Facilitate executive decision-making, tradeoff discussions, and prioritization across competing demands.
    ~ Provide executive communications and status reporting to leadership forums and steering committees. 

    Governance & Risk Management:
    ~ Run the program governance and oversight routines.
    ~ Consolidate and report on roadmaps, risks, financials, metrics, dependencies, and key decisions.
    ~ Drive issue resolution and risk mitigation across modernization programs and change initiatives. 

    Platform Transformation :
    ~ Enable migration from legacy platforms to strategic target-state platforms.
    ~ Support adoption of cloud-native architectures, modern data pipelines, APIs, automation, and scalable analytics capabilities.
    ~ Coordinate retirement of obsolete infrastructure and technologies while maintaining operational stability.
