We are actively seeking a UX Professional (Architect/Designer) — Payments Experience to help design and architect intuitive payment experiences that directly impact millions of users. This is a high-ownership role for a designer who thrives in cross-functional environments and wants their work to directly shape how customers interact with financial products at scale.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years in Product Design or related fields
  • 7+ years collaborating with product, engineering, design, content and user research teams
  • Proven ability to influence product and engineering decisions without direct authority
  • Experience in Agile and Kanban delivery models
  • Experience writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance design efficiency and insight generation

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related discipline
  • 10+ years of experience preferred
  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow Service Mapping
  • ServiceNow Developer Certification highly desired

Daily Responsibilities

  • Architect end-to-end UX experiences for payments products used by millions of customers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, content and research teams
  • Write user stories and jobs-to-be-done that clearly articulate business and user needs
  • Influence product and engineering decisions in cross-functional settings
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance design efficiency and accelerate insight generation
  • Define and own the UX vision across the payments experience
