We are seeking a Senior AI Product Manager to join an innovative AI and technology organization supporting one of the nation’s largest universities. This role will lead the strategy, development, and delivery of AI-powered products while collaborating with stakeholders across academic, technology, and business functions to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
In this role, you will manage products throughout the entire lifecycle, from ideation and proof of concept through launch, adoption, and ongoing enhancement. You will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and end users to define product requirements, prioritize roadmaps, and deliver solutions that create measurable impact across the organization.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Product Management experience with ownership of products throughout the full lifecycle, from inception and discovery through release and maintenance
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including interviews, requirements gathering, documentation, user story creation, and roadmap development
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of AI products, AI platforms, or emerging technologies, with the ability to identify new opportunities and drive innovation

- B2B product management experience
- Experience working with AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, or platform-based technology products
- Ability to bring new ideas, product concepts, and business opportunities to the table
- Experience partnering with technical teams, developers, and business leaders in highly collaborative environments
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of AI-powered products and platforms
- Partner with stakeholders across the university to identify new product opportunities and gather business requirements
- Manage product development from concept and proof of concept through release, adoption, and ongoing improvement
- Collaborate with engineering, AI, and business teams to deliver innovative solutions that support organizational goals
