Our client, a leading provider of energy, is hiring an EHS ManagerThis is a fully on-site role in Fairfield, OH!

*This is a 6-month W2 contract with benefits! (with the potential to extend)*

 

In this role, you will provide on-site Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) support within a manufacturing environment by conducting safety audits, incident investigations, and compliance reviews to ensure adherence to OSHA and EHS standards. You will support hazard identification, risk reduction initiatives, employee safety training, and corrective actions while coaching operators, supervisors, and managers on safe work practices.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct floor safety audits, hazard assessments, and safety observations to identify risks and support corrective action plans.
  • Assist with incident investigations, OSHA compliance, LOTO programs, machine safety, and emergency response initiatives.
  • Provide EHS guidance and training to employees and leadership while maintaining safety documentation and ISO 45001/ISO 14001 compliance.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Manufacturing EHS experience and OSHA knowledge.
  • Experience with LOTO, machine safety, and hazard assessments.
  • EHS certification with strong leadership skills.
