Job Description

A rapidly growing fintech company is seeking a Lead AI Product Manager to lead the development of AI-powered products and data intelligence solutions. This role will drive product strategy, improve data quality, and deliver trusted insights for private markets investors and advisors. The ideal candidate has experience building AI-powered products and a strong understanding of private markets, investment data, or wealth management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI product strategy and roadmap execution
• Develop AI-powered insights, analytics, and intelligence capabilities
• Establish evaluation frameworks and quality controls for AI outputs
• Partner with data and operations teams to improve automation and data quality
• Drive client-facing data and analytics experiences
• Define success metrics and measure product impact Required Skills and Experience

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in fintech, wealth management, asset management, private markets, or related financial services industries
• Experience launching AI, machine learning, or LLM-powered products
• Strong knowledge of private markets, investment data, portfolio analytics, or wealth management platforms
• Understanding of AI evaluation, monitoring, and governance practices
• Experience working with complex data products and analytics platforms
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills 

Preferred Skills

• Experience with RIAs, alternative investments, or private capital markets
• Familiarity with agentic AI workflows and modern AI tools
• Experience building products in high-growth startup environments
