This full-time position focuses on building AI-powered tools, integrations, automation platforms, monitoring systems, and internal applications using Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL, APIs, and modern AI technologies. You’ll play a key role in creating solutions that help customers receive faster support, smarter issue resolution, and a world-class experience.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Full Stack Engineering experience
- Strong Python development experience
- Strong TypeScript and/or JavaScript experience
- SQL and database development experience
- Experience building AI-powered applications, tools, or automation systems
- Experience developing APIs, integrations, and internal tools
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and solve complex technical challenges
- Experience leveraging AI coding assistants such as Claude, Devin, or similar tools
- Strong product mindset and user experience focus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
